       西北师范大学（Northwest Normal University），位于甘肃省兰州市，是甘肃省人民政府和教育部共建的重点大学  。入选中西部高校基础能力建设工程、教师培养计划，为重点支持的西部地区十四所大学之一。   由北京师范大学对口支援西北师范大学。

      ZT-4A(X)型铁电参数测试仪在本科教学中能够起到很大的辅助作用，包括能画出铁电薄膜的电滞回线，定量得到铁电薄膜材料的饱和化Ps、剩余化Pr、矫顽场Ec、漏电流等参数;可以进行铁电薄膜材料的铁电疲劳性能、铁电保持性能的测试，电阻测量，漏电流测量这些重要的参数指标能够得到，能够让学生直观的认识。

ZT-4A(X) ferroelectric parameter tester can play a great assistant role in undergraduate teaching, including drawing hysteresis loop of ferroelectric thin film, quantitatively obtaining saturated polarization Ps, residual polarization Pr, coercive field Ec, leakage current and other parameters of ferroelectric thin film materials; testing ferroelectric fatigue performance, ferroelectric retention performance, resistance measurement, leakage current measurement of ferroelectric thin film materials. Some important parameters can be obtained, which can make students intuitively understand.
