各系统配置及技术说明：
箱体结构
1) 本设备由室体、真空系统、保护系统、电气控制系统等组成
2) 箱体采用先进的机械设备制作、工艺先进、线条流畅，美观大方
3) 内箱材质为3mm厚优质不锈钢304拉丝板经抛光处理，加强胫进行加固。外箱材质为1.2mm厚优质冷轧钢板经表面特殊处理后静电喷涂而成。
4) 门与门框之间采用高性能密封材料及独特的硅橡胶密封结构，密封、抗老化性好。
5) 真空系统由国产优质真空泵、不锈钢真空阀门、不锈钢连接管道和数显真空压力表组成。
6) 箱内设有不锈钢活动样品架，可拆卸易清洗。
7) 箱体门上钢化，防弹双层玻璃门观察窗，玻璃窗安装于箱门中部，能清晰观察到内部试验物品在试验过程中的变化。
真空系统
工作室为一密闭的空间，通过真空管路与真空泵和压力传感器相连。真空泵连续工作将工作室内的气体抽出，工作室内压力将越来越小于标准大气压，通过进气阀进气，与抽气达到平衡，从而获得所需要的真空度。在真空泵前级加装了手阀，可以手动调节真空泵的抽气量。本真空泵配置有气镇阀。当泵用于抽蒸汽时，确保气镇阀开启。
