随着经济的发展和科技的进步,"食品添加剂液体二氧化碳"(以下简称食品CO2)的供求日趋紧张.按照美国食品CO2的人均消费量,我国食品CO2的年需求量可达10000 kt.食品CO2中的微量苯严重影响产品质量,国际食品CO2标准中对苯的含量有严格要求:≤0.02×10-6(VN).目前国内的食品CO2标准中尚无此项技术要求,预计2005年颁发的新版食品CO2国标中将有规定.食品CO2中微量苯的分析中我国尚无该类国家级标准物质,因此亟待在此方面进行研究和开发,以利于量值传递.
