The time record is accurate, and the minimum resolution is 0.1S. 采用可靠的过流、漏电保护装置，提高操作安全性。

It improved operational security through adopting reliable current and earth leakage protection devices. 操作简单方便，左右设计两个 START/STOP 控制按钮，适应左右手习惯不同实验操作人群。
