> LAB 610 glassware is a larger model, frontal loading,
with HEPA-fi ltered forced air drying, four washing/
drying positionsthree washing/drying levels.
The upper level can be placed at two different water/air
connections depending on the height of the loaded
glassware. This machine can be used also to clean large
bottles 20,50,60 lt..

2.4电脑自动控制，操作简单：

＊计算机控制整个循环中每一步的进程、温度、工作部位和运行时间

＊操作简单，只要在控制面板上轻轻一按便可运行

＊计算机控制两个清洗剂泵的清洗剂加入量，并可按照用户需求或清洗剂生产厂商要求调整(标配两个泵，可加至四个)

＊控制液位传感器，防止清洗仓中水和清洗剂缺失

＊两个P1000电极分别提供显示温度和消毒温度控制

 

2.5自动故障诊断程序，蜂鸣器自动报警：

＊仪器故障时屏幕会显示50种故障信息之一，

提示操作员发现问题位置且方便工程师提供维护。

＊仪器还提供警示信息，提示用户及时处理。

2.6工作程序预设置：

＊20个正常工作流程预置的程序。供用户完成日常工作。

＊用户可设定启动程序。可根据使用频率设定面板启动程序。

2.7手动单开门：

＊本设备装有电动门锁，防止在运行本设备时不慎将门打开。

＊带有玻璃窗,方便观察机器工作过程。

2.8 93⁰C热消毒：

＊仪器提供国际标准EN ISO 15883-1/2规定的热消毒。

＊这个标准将消毒有效性定义为时间与温度的比例。有效性设为A₀，80⁰C时相应以秒计的时间，参照微生物以Z值10K表示，计算公式如下：A₀=∑10^T-80/z△t.

其中，  △t=以秒为单位所选时间

          T=摄氏温度

          Z=10K

按照这个标准，一个A₀值为600的过程对外科的消毒已足够。

2.12 配干燥系统，可以有三种干燥温度，保证器皿干燥效果可靠：

＊特殊设计的内腔热风干燥保证器械复杂的内腔完全干燥，防止水分残留损坏器械。

＊干燥空气经双层过滤，分别为F级和HEPA H14，保证干燥空气的洁净度。

＊干燥热空气经管路分配，均匀分配到仓内各个角落，保证干燥效果。

2.13 内置软化水装置,可连接三种水源：冷水、热水和去离子水，根据程序设计从不同的水源进水，加快清洗速度，节约能源。

2.14 400V(380V)三相电,可加装额外的电加热器，清洗时水升温快，加快整个清洗速度。

2.15机器全部由AISL 316L不锈钢制造，防腐。
