3 操作使用步骤及注意事项 Operation using the steps ａnd precautions
3.1 拆箱与安装Unpacking ａnd installation
3.1.1打开包装箱，取出取样器及随机技术文件。Open the box, remove the sampler ａnd random technical documentation
3.1.2除去各部防锈脂及尘积物。Rust removing grease ａnd dust ministries sediments.
3.1.3检查刀片是否损坏，如损坏则应更换刀片。Check the blade for damage, such as damage to the blades should be replaced.
3.1.4将取样器放置在（3～4）mm厚的胶垫上，胶垫表面应平整光滑。The sample placed in （3 ~ 4） mm thick pads on the pad surface should be smooth
3.2 切样（参见取样器外形图）Cutting samples （see outline drawing sampler）
3.2.1将平直的瓦楞纸板平放在胶垫上。Will be flat on the corrugated board flat on the pad.
3.2.2将支足7的锥尖压入瓦楞纸板内定位。7 will support foot pressed into the corrugated cardboard cone localization.
3.2.3将旋柄1压下，使刀片6刚好与瓦楞纸板接触，顺时针方向旋动旋柄，旋动时逐渐向下加力，直至切下试样。To handle a pressure screw, the blade coincides with the corrugated cardboard 6 contacts rotating clockwise rotation handle, rotating down gradually in afterburner until the cut specimen.
3.2.4取出试样备用。Remove the backup sample.
3.3 刀片的更换与调整Replacement ａnd adjustment of the blade
3.3.1松开螺钉5，取下刀片，换装新刀片并旋紧螺钉。Loosen the screw 5, remove the blade, through the installation of new blade ａnd tighten the screws.
3.3.2斜向调整刀片位置，可改变刀片的切入深度。Inclined to adjust the blade position, can change the blade cut into the depth.
3.4 注意事项Notes
3.4.1切样时，刀片运动轨迹应为螺旋向下，逐渐切入试样，不得直接用手将切刀压入试样。Cut samples, the blade should be spiral downward trajectory, gradually cut into the sample may not be directly pressed into the sample by hand cutter.
3.4.2 使用一段时间后，应更换刀片。Used for a period of time, the blade should be replaced.
4 维护保养Maintenance
4.1 经常保持取样器清洁，不用时应在刀刃部分涂防锈油。Sampler keep clean, do not be coated in the blade part of the anti-rust oil.
4.2 转动部位定期加注少量润滑油。Filling a small amount of oil moving parts regularly
