一、产品简介
该仪器适用于牛奶（包括纯奶、核桃、燕麦、红枣牛奶、牛初乳等）、奶粉（包括牛初乳粉）、豆浆粉、豆奶粉和鸡蛋等样品中蛋白质的快速定量测定。
二、仪器特点
★该仪器测定样品中蛋白质氮，真实反应样品中蛋白质的含量，不受三聚氰胺、尿素、硝酸铵及甘氨酸等非蛋白氮的干扰。
★适用于实验室的快速定量检测，检测每个样品只需5～10分钟。
★克服了传统凯氏定氮法样品前处理系统繁琐，操作步骤繁杂等缺点，避免了传统方法需向样品中加入浓硫酸，高温消化等危险性步骤。
★仪器操作步骤简单，对工作环境及操作人员无特殊要求，只需认真阅读说明书就可实现操作。
★被测样品采用流通引入方式，取代传统的样品池，方便用户操作、清洗及维护。
★仪器具有测量、设置、记录、保存、打印和数据统计等功能。
★通过RS-232/USB接口和专用软件可实现仪器联机操作，实时对测量数据收集、分析。
★具有内置打印系统，可实现即时打印功能。

One, product introduction
The apparatus is suitable for milk ( including pure milk, walnut, red dates oatmeal, milk, colostrum and milk ), ( including the effect of bovine colostrum powder ), soybean milk powder, milk powder and eggs of the protein in the samples for rapid quantitative determination.
Two, characteristics of the instrument
