二、ZF-3型紫外透射反射分析仪仪器结构
ZF-3型紫外透射反射分析仪装有一组透射紫外光源和二组反射紫外光源，分别供观察、分析和摄影用。
紫外透射分四组，供用户选择：一组254nm；二组302nm；三组365nm；四组白炽灯；紫外反射有二组；一组254nm；二组365nm。

四、ZF-3型紫外透射反射分析仪使用说明
（一）、分析观察样品
将电泳好的凝胶样品或薄层、纸层样品放在仪器中央，开启“反射紫外灯”电源，调节反射紫外灯架高度与角度，使样品发出的萤光清晰明亮。通常反射紫外离样品越近，则萤光越强。
（二）、拍摄样品照片
（1）打开“照明”白炽灯，利用白炽灯照明，调节照相高度及相机镜头使样品成像清晰。在相机前装上近摄接圈与PCR滤色镜。然后关闭“照明”白炽灯。
（2）开启透射紫外灯电源，进行拍摄，应根据不同的样品确定不同的曝光时间，以清晰满意的底片。
（三）注意：如使用时不用暗箱，必须在暗室内操作。
