一．HD-97-1型紫外检测仪概述
核酸蛋白检测仪、紫外检测仪是液湘色谱仪中的一种紫外检测装置，该仪器配有层析柱、恒流泵、部分收集器等，即组成一套完整的液色湘色谱分离分析系统。它可应用于现代生物学研究，药物测定、农业科研、化工、食品及医疗单位对具有紫外吸收的样品作定量分析。本仪器主要元器件均采用进口，仪器全部采用LED数字显示，使用方便。
