干式恒温解冻仪-立式型号选择 Model selection
多能恒温解冻仪由于血浆袋在低温冰冻过程中脆性增强及运输周转等因素，容易成不同程度破坏渗漏。由于破坏程度不同，渗漏程度也不相同。破损较大使渗漏明显时，用肉眼观察及擦式或挤压等方法即可查出。有破损微孔时，因血浆黏稠度而不会渗出，加之血浆袋外被水侵泡后的潮湿使肉眼观察和其他检查难以分辨。此时若用水浸泡方法融化血浆时，在血浆渗透压和血浆袋周围水的压力下使含有致病菌及各种病毒污水易渗入血浆袋内成血浆污染。为减少输血反应，保障输血安，作者经过研究，用干式法与湿式法行了血浆融化。
多能恒温解冻仪：内置循环小囊，封闭干燥式解冻，不会有污水从肉眼很难发现的破损渗入血浆袋内。如有微漏，在干燥表面也能发现。直接用水浸泡含有致病菌和病毒的污水易从血浆袋的微破损处渗入袋内，由于袋外水分较多，较难发现。
干式解冻后血浆袋外表面干燥、标签清晰、无脱落。湿式解冻后血浆外表面潮湿因擦拭而易成粘连、模糊、标签易脱落。干式解冻融浆箱易清洁、易消毒。而水温箱，不易清洁及消毒。温水还容易滋长大量细菌。干式法血浆袋外表面及操作台干燥清洁，无污水滴溅对周边环境无污染。而湿式法，血浆袋从水中捞出时，会有大量细菌、污水到处滴溅，成操作台和周边环境污染。
多能恒温解冻仪无需换水，节约水源，温度恒定，并且是智能控制操作又简单。而湿式法，水浴血液溶浆机还需经常换水，成水源浪费及污水污染环境。
目前许多院都在使用直接水浴温式融浆。将血浆袋直接放入水中浸泡解冻，从水中很容易使病原性微生物成血液污染。有人报道输新鲜冰冻血浆后发生不良反应率占1.7%，还有报道[1]输血浆反应率为2.9%，我院输新鲜冰冻血浆发生反应率为1.1%，2008年后减至0.58%。在上述反应中，是否与新鲜冰冻血浆融解方式不同使反应率增加之故，很值得人们度关注。
