浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司研究考察了在常温和冷藏条件下放置不同时间(4小时和24小时)对采样后Tenax-Ta管中苯浓度的影响。使用Tenax-Ta管采集配气平台中的苯,共采集24根,采样后分别在常温和冷藏条件下放置4小时和24小时后使用气相色谱进行分析,以保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果表明,不论储存时间长短,在冷藏条件下的Tenax-Ta管测得的苯浓度均要高于在常温条件下放置的的Tenax-Ta管,同时前者测得的苯浓度的分布情况也要好于后者,也就是变异系数小于在常温情况下放置的Tenax-Ta管。这是因为在常温条件下Tenax-Ta管中吸附的污染物会有部分解析从而导致测得的数据较低,并且导致数据分布较大,因此采样结束后应当将Tenax-Ta管放入装有冰袋的保温箱中保存并且尽快分析。
探讨Tenax-TA吸附管对密闭环境中苯系物的吸附性能。方法依据《室内空气质量标准》总挥发性有机物的测定方法和美国EPA TO-17标准方法,用Tenax-TA吸附管对配制的苯系物标准气体进行采样,以保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果该方法对苯系物测定的相对标准偏差在4.50%~9.51%之间,苯、甲苯、对二甲苯、邻二甲苯的低检出浓度分别为0.04,0.65,0.50和1.60μg/m3。当采样体积不大于3 L时,Tenax-TA采样管没有穿透现象发生,苯系物通过Tenax-TA管吸附采样后在室温下可以保存40 d。结论 Tenax-TA吸附管对苯系物具有良好的吸附性能,而且设备简单,样品保存时间长,适合于一些特殊环境中气体的采集。

nditions on the co
ncentration of benzene in Tenax-Ta tubes after sampling. Tenax-Ta tubes were used to collect benzene in the gas distribution platform. A total of 24 pieces were collected. After sampling, they were placed under normal temperature and refrigerated co
nditions for 4 hours and 24 hours and then analyzed by gas chromatography. The retention time was qualitatively and the peak area was quantified. The results show that regardless of the length of storage time, the benzene co
ncentration measured by the Tenax-Ta tube under refrigerated co

Results The relative standard deviation of the determination of benzene series by this method was between 4.50% and 9.51%. The minimum detectable co

When the sampling volume is not more than 3 L, the Tenax-TA sampling tube does not penetrate, and the benzene series can be stored for 40 d at room temperature after being absorbed and sampled by the Tenax-TA tube. nclusion Tenax-TA adsorption tube has good adsorption performance for benzene series, and the equipment is simple, the sample storage time is long, and it is suitable for gas collection in some special environments.
