u 磁吸测头:HB-P便携式布氏硬度测量系统接触面采用环形磁铁,能有效吸附在磁性试样上,垂直方向,

无需用手扶持,就可测量。





u 高清图像:HB-P便携式布氏硬度测量系统采用LED环形冷光源,高清光学系统,CMOS数字相机,图像清晰,有效再现压痕图像。

u 自动识别:HB-P便携式布氏硬度测量可自动识别压痕边缘,自动对压痕圆进行多点测量(单圆200点以上),自动计算压痕直径求出布氏硬度值。对较大的压痕,无需满圆显示,视场中只要出现1/2以上的圆,就可测量。

u 一键测量:HB-P便携式布氏硬度测量系统软件界面简洁大方,无需专业培训即可上手测量。无需手动框选,只需一键操作,就可在动态图像上生成压痕直径值和布氏硬度值并可设置上限和下限,自动进行NgPass判定。

u 报表输出:HB-P便携式布氏硬度测量系统直接显示压痕直径值,测量值,zui大值,zui小值,硬度转换值(HRA, HRB,HRC,HV,HS,抗拉强度等),自动存储测量压痕图像,并可对检验单位(部门)和操作员进行自定义自动生成WordExcel报表,无需再用手工进行记录。
